Lionfish is a software created to assist the analysis of spectral image data. This tool enables the single-button automatic normalization of the spectral data. Its advanced processing algorithms achieve automated co-registration of the individual spectral images, solving any missalignments between the data, increasing the spatial resolution of the analysis to a single pixel. Further, it can be used for the extraction of spectral information, from selected points, in txt format.
